Day 1: Guwahati – Orang National Park (The Mini Kaziranga)

• Meet & greet on your arrival in Guwahati. Clear the city traffic and head north across the mighty Brahmaputra River. Drive through the shifting green horizons of lower Assam directly to the borders of the sanctuary.
• Arrive by mid-afternoon, check into your rooms, and enjoy a quiet evening surrounded by nature.

Day 2: Jungle Safari in Orang – Nameri National Park

• Start early with a 06:30 AM Jeep Safari at an additional cost inside Orang National Park to spot its high concentration of One-Horned Rhinos, wild elephants, and migratory waterbirds. Return to the property for breakfast, check out, and head northeast toward the Himalayan foothills.
• Check into your camp or stay at Nameri and spend the late evening relaxing around.

Day 3: Nameri Guided Forest Trek & Scenic River Rafting

• Dedicate this full day to the untouched wilderness of Nameri. Cross the Jia Bhoreli River by country boat at dawn for a mandatory Guided Forest Trekking Walk to track the rare White-winged Wood Duck. Mid-morning, gear up for an exhilarating River Rafting and Birdwatching float down the gentle rapids of the river. (All activities on direcvt payment basis).
• Return to your stay for a late lunch and spend the afternoon exploring the nearby eco-trails or interacting with local conservationists.

Day 4: Nameri to Kaziranga National Park

• Enjoy breakfast at leisure, check out from Nameri, and drive south across the Brahmaputra River via the landmark Kolia Bhomora Setu bridge. Arrive at the gates of Kaziranga National Park by lunchtime.
• Spend your afternoon visiting the Kaziranga Orchid & Cultural Park to check out the native orchid greenhouses and catch the authentic Assamese Bihu folk dance performances in the evening at an additional cost.

Day 5: Full Day Safaris at Kaziranga National Park

• An adrenaline-pumping wildlife day. At 05:30 AM, experience the legendary Elephant Safari to watch One-Horned Rhinos up close through the rising morning fog. Return to the resort for breakfast. At 02:00 PM, hop into an open 4×4 for a comprehensive Jeep Safari to scan the tall elephant grass for Royal Bengal Tigers and Wild Water Buffaloes. All safaris or activities at an additional cost.

Day 6: Kaziranga to Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary

• Following breakfast, proceed west along the national highway towards the Morigaon district. Check into your stay right outside the dense wetlands of Pobitora.
• At around 03:00 PM, take your final Jeep Safari through the sanctuary marshlands at extra cost. Pobitora boasts the absolute highest density of Indian Rhinoceroses anywhere on Earth, ensuring multiple close encounters.

Day 7: Pobitora to Guwahati Departure

• Enjoy a relaxed morning breakfast overlooking the grazing marshes. Check out by 10:00 AM and make your way back into Guwahati. If time permits, visit Assam State Zoo cum Botanical Garden followed by a spiritual visit to the sacred Maa Kamakhya Temple atop Nilachal Hill. Transfer back to Guwahati Airport/ Railway station for your onward journey until you meet us again as our #HappyDestinatian.
